She works with TMT client’s undergoing global business model and customer transformation. These programs involved improving customer and employee experience by simplifying business processes and reimaging the work, workforce and workplace needed to enable companies to drive customer and employee first culture. The organization design work involves streamlining and clarifying decision rights, realigning work to improve efficiency and collaboration, and enhance customer experience. Her areas of focus include ethical tech, employee experience, trust, DE&I, the future of work, and customer experience and transformation.
