Meet the moderator
Hilary Horn is a managing director in Deloitte’s Human Capital Organization Design and Employee Experience practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading organization design, talent, customer and employee experience, and business transformation programs for global Fortune 500 companies. These programs involve assessing the future of work and the simplification of business processes to improve employee experience and engagement and enable business strategy. She holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Utah and a master's degree in talent and organization development from George Washington University.
